Atopic dermatisis is closely associated with an impaired barrier function of skin and allergic inflammation. They are not isolated systems, but interact with each other. There are the movements of various cells involved in atopic dermatisis and the effect of tacrolimus ointmenton these cells in this film, that we took a close look by microscope photograph.
